
Steven Pike
Chief Executive Officer
Steven Pike serves as CEO of OnCard Marketing. He brings over 20 years of senior management experience with the last 13 focused on Internet related businesses. Prior to OnCard, Steve was the EVP of Client Services at Be Free, a prominent provider of performance-based marketing technology and services, which merged with ValueClick (NASDAQ: VCLK) in 2002. At Be Free, Steve developed and delivered affiliate marketing solutions to the world's largest retailers and publishers, driving over $50 million in revenues. Prior to Be Free, he was VP of Professional Services at Internet commerce Services and Director of Technical Services for Openmarket.

Jonathan Treiber
Co-founder & EVP of Business Development
Mr. Treiber has been at the helm since OnCard's inception in June 2006, leading the company through its initial product launch, several rounds of capital raising, team expansion and several key business partnerships. Jonathan led the execution of new product development and marketing, and continues to recruit a growing list of marquis advertising clients and promotional distribution channels with significant consumer purchasing power. Prior to OnCard Marketing, Jonathan worked for Citigroup's Investment Banking Division. During his tenure at Citigroup, Mr. Treiber focused on many disciplines, including M&A, capital markets transactions and corporate finance. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, from Cornell University.

Seth Sarelson
Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Sarelson has run the daily operations at OnCard since the company's formation, managing client services and OnCard's network of online, print, and mobile publishers. Prior to OnCard Marketing, Seth worked in Citigroup's Global Commercial Cards business in brand management for the Purchasing Card, Fleet Card, and Electronic Account products. In addition to his corporate activities, Mr. Sarelson has been published and quoted in a number of marketing industry publications, including AdWeek, iMediaConnection and CRM Buyer. Mr. Sarelson holds a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University.

Greg Hansen
VP of Engineering
With over 16 years of technology experience, Mr. Hansen designed, developed, and implemented OnCard's core technology and systems. Greg continues to lead the company's engineering efforts as chief architect and systems administrator. Prior to OnCard, Greg served as the Chief Application Architect for Diversified Investment Advisors for five years. Mr. Hansen has a proven track record of bridging business requirements with technology driven solutions. Mr. Hansen holds two patents for navigation algorithms and has extensive experience with design patterns, data structures and Enterprise Architecture. Working in a collaborative fashion with business partners, Mr. Hansen has lead large integration efforts and served as an advisor for the technical teams at numerous organizations. Mr. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors.
Steve M. Markowitz
Chairman & Chief Loyalty Officer
In 2001, Steve founded Stockton Funds, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in high technology investments. Stockton Funds engages in early-stage investment and mentoring funded management teams. From 1996 to 2001, Steve was founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MyPoints.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: MYPT), the first and largest online loyalty program. Steve led the company to annual revenue of $64 million and consumer membership of 16 million, and he spearheaded the Company's joint ventures and licensing in Europe, Japan and Latin America. Under Steve's leadership, MyPoints raised more than $260 million through an initial public offering and secondary public offering of shares. The Wall Street Journal ranks MyPoints' public offering as one of the Top 20 performing IPOs of 1999. MyPoints was acquired by a unit of UAL Corp. in 2001. He holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley, Haas School of Business and an A.B. in East Asian Languages (high honors) from the University of California at Berkeley.
Katy Springer
Katy Springer is a tenured marketing executive whose experience has spanned casual dining, QSR and upscale restaurants. She has managed marketing, advertising and public relations programs for numerous restaurant concepts, most recently as the Director of Field Marketing for Buca, Inc., parent company of Buca di Beppo. During her six-year career at Buca, Katy managed all marketing programs for 45 restaurants in 17 markets. This included strategy, sales analysis, media buying, PR and guerrilla marketing efforts designed to generate awareness, drive guest counts and build sales at Buca di Beppo restaurants. Prior to working with Buca, Katy served as the PR account supervisor for 250 McDonald's restaurants in Northern California. In addition, she provided PR services in the fine-dining category in Southern California. Currently, she is developing field marketing programs for major national restaurant chains including Perkin's Restaurant & Bakery and Marie Callender's.
James Edward Dunne III
Mr. Dunne has successfully built and sold five start-up
companies focused in the loyalty marketing space. He began his
entrepreneurial career as CEO and Founder of Direct Response Group
(DRG
), offering a wide array of marketing services catering
primarily to the airline industry. After the sale of the company
to the Omnicom Group in 1986, Jimmy became CEO of Rapp Collins
Worldwide, a major subsidiary of Omnicom. Since leaving Rapp
Collins, Mr. Dunne has built and sold four additional companies
focused on the airline miles rewards industry.
Dennis Shea
Dennis is a Managing Director at Auriemma Consulting Group, which he joined in 1993. He brings a business management perspective to clients based on careers in banking and retailing prior to consulting over the past 30 years. At Federated Department Stores, Dennis held a number of senior positions, including Credit Executive, Controller and CFO at Abraham & Straus, and CFO at Bloomingdale's. He also worked on the creation of the central corporate credit operation in Ohio. At Chase Manhattan, he was responsible for bankcard credit and collections.
Walter Healey
Walt is co-founder and principal in Moehrke & Healey, LLC, an execution centric consulting company that focuses on the payment processing and banking industries. Moehrke & Healey boasts a client list that includes MasterCard, Metavante, and many of the world's largest issuing banks. Walt brings over 25 years experience delivering product and operations consulting services to banks, payment processors, and insurance companies. Prior to launching his own company five years ago, Walt previously worked for Benton International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Perot Systems Corporation, and eFunds.
Johannes Gehrke
Johannes Gehrke is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Cornell University and an Associate Director of the Cornell Theory Center. Johannes' research interests are in the areas of data mining, search, data privacy, and applications of database and data mining technology to marketing and the sciences. Johannes has received a National Science Foundation Career Award, an Arthur P. Sloan Fellowship, an IBM Faculty Award, the Cornell College of Engineering James and Mary Tien Excellence in Teaching Award, and the Cornell University Provost's Award for Distinguished Scholarship. He is the author of numerous publications on data mining and database systems, and he co-authored the undergraduate textbook Database Management Systems (McGrawHill (2002), currently in its third edition), used at universities all over the world.
Garrick Blalock
Garrick Blalock is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. He obtained his Ph.D. in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley in 2002. Garrick's research interests include management of technology, firm strategy, and emerging markets. Garrick has also lectured extensively around the world on emerging market finance, international trade, and industrial development for such notable organizations as the World Bank and the London School of Economics. A recipient of the Henry K. Hayase Award from the University of California at Berkeley, Garrick has recently co-authored a number of articles in highly regarded economics publications such as the Journal of Law and Economics as well as The World Economy.
